Data Recovery and Disk Repair

If a disk drive fail, would you know how to find your data back? For
many customers and tiny to midsize business, the first step is purchase or
downloading free data recovery software. This may work if the only trouble is
an unintentionally deleted file since the data is not actually gone from the
disk, but home brew remedy can be difficult and perhaps endearingly destroy the
data if correct precautions are not taken.

back a deleted file, data from a damaged disk sector, or a deleted disk partition. Microsoft Windows’
built-in CHKDSK command, which has been about since the DOS days, can classify
and remap damaged sector. Commercial products such as Ontrack EasyRecovery,
R-Studio, Stellar Phoenix, and numerous others can recover deleted or reformatted disk partitions
on a variety of storage devices, with external and internal
